| This puppy is warranted to be free of all communicable disease for a period of 10 days from the date of Sale stated on this Pet Record. This puppy is also warranted to be free of life-threatening Congenital Defects until the puppy reaches one year of age. This puppy is sold as a companion animal only and no warranty or guarantee is made regarding the show quality, lifespan, size, color, disposition or breeding quality of this puppy. The buyer has three business days from receipt of this puppy to have him/her examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian diagnoses the puppy to be unsound due to a life-threatening congenital defect, it must be returned immediately, at the buyers expense, for a replacement puppy of equal value based on availability or refund at the breeder's discretion if no replacement puppy is available. The buyer must present a letter to the breeder from the examining veterinarian stating the results of their examination and in what respect he deems the animal unsound. Hernia and/or normal parasites are not included in this purchase agreement. No puppy will be replaced due to illness caused by accident, neglect, or abuse. The breeder is not liable for any veterinary bills or other expenses related to the care of the puppy. In the event of the puppy's death within the period of one year from the date of purchase, an official necropsy must be performed to determine the cause of death, with all expenses to be paid by the buyer. The necropsy report must accompany any request for replacement. This warranty shall become null and void if the buyer fails to maintain recommended vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and/or regular examinations by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request by the breeder. This agreement is void if any vaccines are administered with 10 days of the last vaccine recorded on this record. If at any time the buyer is no longer able or willing to care for this dog and is unable to re home it in a suitable loving environment, buyer will surrender this dog with signed AKC registration papers, to the breeder to be placed in a suitable prescreened pet home. All shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. This warranty shall become null and void if the buyer fails to maintain recommended vaccinations and/or regular examinations with a licensed veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request by the breeder.
